Need to be Physically Fit
Since the Everest Base Camp Trek is a tough trekking voyage. The trekkers are assumed to be fit both physically and mentally. They should be pyscologically prepare for any challenging environment they might face during the trek. On the physical aspect, one should have a fit and strong body that can carry loads of 4-5 kg on the back for hours. People who are gym-going or always doing activities like running, cycling, and swimming are considered the ideal ones for trekking.
