Yes, all of our guide are professional and highly qualified and licensed trekking guides. Hence, they have proper First Aid training for trekking.

Our First Aid Box contains all kinds of necessary medical kits. Medical equipments like bandage, nansaplast, betadin, citamol, temporary oxygen, AMS medicine, gastric medicine, pulse oximeter, etc.

Yes, each individual trekker should get their insurance coverage done before going for trekking.

There are two kinds of trek organized by ABC and EBC Adventure trekking company. They are 1) Tea House Trek and 2) Camping Trek
1) Tea House Trek - In the tea house trek trekkers can stay overnight at tea & lodges during the trek.
2)  Camping Trek  -   In the camping trek trekkers can stay at camp for overnight during the trek.
