Classic Nepal Tour

It is the first day of trip and your arrival day in Kathmandu Nepal. When you land at the airport in Kathmandu and come out at the arrival lounge, our company representative will welcome you with a warm smile. Then, we will drive you to the trip hotel where you can spend relaxing time. We will have a meeting in the evening to talk about the trip in details.

After you take your breakfast, a beautiful day sightseeing tour of heritage monuments in Kathmandu valley is due today. Visit Swoyambhunath – the monkey temple; Patan Durbar Square – the medieval palace square; Pashupatinath – the open cremation ground for Hindus; and Boudhanath – the biggest Buddhist stupa.

Take your breakfast early and check out the hotel to travel to Pokhara today. We will drive to 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu to reach Pokhara, a charmingly beautiful city. About seven hours of drive will let us absorb the beauty of the Nepali rural settings. There will be a break on the way for the lunch. On reaching Pokhara and checking into our hotel, we will have some time to explore around the town on the lake side.

Get up before the break of the dawn to experience a breathtaking view of Annapurna range and spectacular sunrise. Drive for about half hour up the hill to Sarangkot on a winding road. Annapurna range starts appearing closer as you drive higher. Walk a short distance to the sunrise view point and wait for the sun to do miracle with its rays over the mountains. Until you wait for the sun to rise enjoy the stunning Mountain View and take pictures.

Later, drive back to hotel to take breakfast and set out on an exploration tour of other sites in Pokhara. Visit Davis falls, Gupteswor cave, and world peace stupa and come back to lakeside for a peaceful boat riding. If you have enough time left, you can indulge yourself on some adventure sporting like paragliding, bungee jumping etc.

You are driving to Chitwan today to do some jungle adventures. About five hours of drive takes you to Chitwan. Once you know your jungle safari activities schedule, you will set out on the activity after enjoying lunch at hotel. You can expect to see a one horned rhino, deer, bear, wild boar, bison, crocodile, Royal Bengal Tiger etc. during your exploration in the jungle. You will also come across several species of birds while on the adventure.

A full day jungle safari activities are scheduled for today. From Elephant ride to Jungle walk and canoe ride to cultural village walk, all activities are scheduled and you will follow the scheduled activities accordingly. The activities today will bring you face to face with some beautiful animals in the jungle like one horned rhinoceros, deer, bear, crocodiles, different species of birds and occasional encounter with royal Bengal tiger. You will also visit the elephant breeding center.

After some amazing jungle safari adventures, it’s time to return back to Kathmandu. Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and set out on another five hours of drive back to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu and checking into hotel, you will have some free time to wander around the streets of Thamel.

We will drive you to airport for the departure flight three prior to your flight schedule.
