Weather Condition during Spring Season

The weather conditions in the spring season are, without a doubt, the most wonderful and best for trekking. It’s the time of the year where the number of travellers come huge in number. 
In the lower altitudes, it is often the best time to trek. The weather is pleasant during the daytime, with temperatures ranging from 15–23°C (59–73°F). In this area, the weather perfectly matches the fresh mood, and watching the amazing Rhododendron flower bloom during this time is a pleasant experience. Hikers can hike smoothly for the whole day. The night time gets a little cool with temperatures moving to 5–10°C.

In the higher altitudes, the weather gets colder even in daytime. The temperature during the daytime is typically 0–15°C (32–59°F). Yet the weather is suitable for trekking as it's not that freezing cold. However, the weather at night drops to around -12°C to -4°C (10–25°F).

Weather Condition during Autumn Season

The Autumn season is the most favourite season for trekkers around the world. In fact, this is the prime season when the trekkers come in huge numbers. The most interesting thing about this time is that the weather is ideal for trekking to the highs and lows terrain. While hiking around, hikers can watch heart-warming scenes of fabulous mountains that include Annapurna, Machapuchare, and others. Whenever you look upto the sky its clean and blue and can easily make your heart warm.

In the lower altitude, places like Pokhara and Chhomrong, the weather is the most excellent one which hikers prefer. In the daytime, the temperature is 15–25°C (59–77°F). The temperature during the day is the ideal weather condition for hiking. Even in the evening, hikers can still feel the freshness of the air, and the excitement is still alive while hiking.

As you go to a higher altitude, the temperature starts to slow down in cooling conditions. The area of higher altitudes starts from Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) to Annapurna Base Camp(ABC). The normal temperature in this area is 2–12°C (36–54°F). At night, there is quite a huge shift in the temperature as it goes below -10°C to 0°C (14–32°F).

Weather Condition during Winter Season

The winter season is the least suggested season for trekking around the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. In this season, trekkers will find it tough to walk on trial since its freezing cold all day long. The continuous snowfall makes it more harder for trekkers to walk. The day time is very short during this season so its clearly very hard for trekkers to spend most of the time in dark phase. 

In the lower altitude, the day time temperature is around 3–10°C (37–50°F) that changes significatly lower to -5°C to 0°C (23–32°F) as it moves to the night time. Upon reaching to high altitude, the temperature gets much freezing cold 0–5°C (32–41°F) during the whole day. At night its undoubtly coldest like never else where the temperature goes around -15°C to -20°C (5–-4°F).
